Reservation Policy
A deposit of 30% per person is required at the time of confirming the booking with Wildebeest Safaris LTD and final payments should be due in 80 days prior to start the safari. If the client books and confirms a safari less than 80 days, they will need to make full payment.
Cancellation Policy
All cancellation of confirmed bookings are subject to 15% per person service fee. All bookings canceled within 60 days prior to departure are subject to the following cancellation fee: - 50-60 days: 25%.
- 41-49 days: 50%.
- 40 days and less: 100%.
