As all of the company's members are conservationists (with over 30 years combined experience in this field), they wish to share their beautiful country with you. But there is a twist in the tale: Wild at Heart pledges to show you a different side, something you have never witnessed before... using their experiences of having worked in national parks as a baseline for all tours.

Payments Accepted
Reservation Policy
A 25% deposit of the full amount due is required to confirm any reservation and is to be done by the agent or client in writing, by fax, or e-mail. Wild at Heart Safaris must receive the balance of the contract price no later than 60 days prior to departure. If full payment is not received within that timeframe, the company may cancel the reservation and retain whatever deposit or other funds it has already received from the client or his agent.
Cancellation Policy
When a client wishes to cancel a confirmed booking, it must be done in writing, fax, or telex to Wild at Heart Safaris whereupon the following cancellation charges will apply: - 6-8 Weeks Notice: 10% of Full Amount
- 4-6 Weeks Notice: 25% of Full Amount
- Less than 4 Weeks Notice: 50% of Full Amount
- Less than 3 Weeks Notice: 100% of Full Amount
