Payments Accepted
Reservation Policy
To confirm your booking a deposit of 50% needs to be paid, which is non-refundable. If you do not pay your fee before 30 days prior to the start of your expedition or course, without making prior arrangements with Pathfinders, they reserve the right to cancel your booking. If you make your booking less than 30 days prior to the commencement of your expedition or course, you will be asked to make payment within one week of your provisional booking.
Cancellation Policy
If full payment has been made and received within the time prescribed, i.e. with 30 days prior to start date, and you have to cancel your expedition or course for any reason, Pathfinders will refund 50% of the amount you have paid. Should payment have not been made in good time, i.e. after 30 days prior to start date, and you have to cancel, Pathfinders will refund only 25% of the amount you have paid. If Pathfinders has to ask you to leave a course or expedition, due to your breaking the code of conduct, no refund will be paid and Pathfinders will not be liable for any costs incurred by the client to make alternative travel arrangements. If you cancel or terminate your booking or placement at any time during your expedition or course, you will not be entitled to claim any refund. Further, you will not be entitled to claim any other costs incurred during your placement and any charges relating to change of tickets, etc. will be for your account.
